I am a Kennel Assistant. I make sure the dogs have a clean and cozy place to stay between walks.

Your pets at home
None at the moment, but I hope to bring my 2 cats, Zola and Maalik from Brazil next year.

Being offered this position :)
Favorite thing about PAWS
The dogs, of course. But knowing that I am helping make their stay at the shelter as comfortable and fun as possible until they find their forever family is very rewarding.
What you can usually be found doing outside of work?
When I'm not at PAWS I can be found riding my bike or drinking a craft beer, often both at once.
What is your perfect vacation?
My (very distant) dream vacation would be to complete the Comrades Ultramarathon that takes place every year in South Africa.

I have never been to one, but one day I'll attend an Iron Maiden concert.
