Volunteer and Staff Grievances

Every PAWS volunteer and staff member has the right to voice their concerns. If you have a complaint about another PAWS volunteer, a staff member, or something happening at PAWS, you have the right to be heard.

As a first step, if possible, please discuss your concerns with your direct staff supervisor. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, or if you have done this and feel your concerns have not been resolved, please complete the form below to contact the PAWS Personnel Chairperson, PAWS President, and PAWS Executive Director.
