PAWS offers a Spay/Neuter Voucher Program to all Pennsylvania Residents. Centre County residents may apply for no-cost vouchers for dogs, non-feral cats, and feral cats. Non-Centre County PA residents may apply for and purchase low-cost vouchers for non-feral cats and feral cats. These vouchers act as a coupon for a total amount off the cost of a spay/neuter procedure.
