What you do at PAWS
I work cat-side five days a week and front desk one day a week. I also come in off the clock to volunteer as a Pet Partner (Cookie was my most recent Pet Partner and I loved him to bits!) My usual shifts consist of cleaning, feeding and medicating, and I also take some time to socialize with the cats!

Your pets at home
Juno, gray DSH, 1yr 8mos: I rescued this boy at 3mos and got him back to health! He loves sleeping in boxes, play fighting with his sister, and bird watching.
Clover, dilute calico DSH, 1yr 9mos: I adopted her from PAWS this past fall! I met her in intake (she was named Marley at PAWS) and instantly fell in love with her, and applied for her as soon as she was available. She loves chasing her brother, playing with everything (toy or not), and wet food time.
My favorite thing about PAWS
Everything! My coworkers are great and the animals are all so unique and amazing to meet, and see happily go to furever homes. I don’t mind scooping poop or cleaning when there’s cats around every corner to hang with me while I do so.
What can you usually be found doing outside of work?
I enjoy hanging with my own cats, being with friends, playing video games, and making art. I’m a graphic design major, so when I'm not obsessing over cats or participating in hobbies, I’m usually designing something for school!
