Brief description of what you do at PAWS
I help give the animals at PAWS the best life possible while they are in the care of our amazing team.
Time with PAWS
I have been with PAWS for about 8 months. My first 5 months were as an intern with the PAWS Medical Team, and then I came back as a Kennel Assistant.
Your pets at home
Melody (Shih Tzu), Tainy (Dachshund), and Percy (orange cat)
Favorite thing about PAWS?
Being able to help the Medical Team and being surrounded by so many cats and dogs while I work.
What advice would you give to people interested in working or volunteering for PAWS?
Do it. You will never regret it—not only because you will be helping animals without a home, but also because of the amazing work environment and the family PAWS gives you.
Favorite book? Or read any good ones lately?
I love reading, it’s one of my favorite hobbies. I always recommend The Selection by Kiera Cass.
Favorite movie?
I love fantasy movies, from Harry Potter to The Chronicles of Narnia and Pirates of the Caribbean.
