How long have you been at PAWS?
I started fostering and photographing kittens in the Spring of 2021.
What's your favorite thing about PAWS?
PAWS is such an amazing place. Obviously it was the cats and dogs that initially drew me in, but my absolute favorite thing is the altruistic camaraderie that all the staff and volunteers share. It is so meaningful to work with others that have a shared love of animals. You find friendships in people that you may have never met, otherwise.
What's your favorite thing to do at PAWS?
Everyone who knows me knows that I just love being at PAWS. Whether it is photographing kittens, working with the marketing team on their projects, or just picking up and dropping off fosters - I love any excuse to go to PAWS.
What are your favorite non-PAWS hobbies?
When I am not taking photos, I'm hanging out with my husband and daughters doing arts and crafts, exploring Happy Valley, and traveling to new places. (As a family, fostering has become our all-time favorite hobby. )
Where are you from?
I spent the first part of my life in the Southwest before moving to infamous Punxsutawney. :)
Where's your favorite place to vacation?
My family and I love going to new places. I recently got to visit Lanzarote in the Canary Islands which was incredible.
