It’s GivingTuesday and we’re kicking off a month-long celebration at PAWS, because this December marks our 40th anniversary! During that time, you have helped us grow from a home-based rescue in 1980, to a (very) small shelter and rescue in 1995, to the approximately 13,000 square foot shelter and rescue we are today. We further expanded our building to increase our capacity to care for cats in 2019 and will see record cat adoption numbers in 2020!
To celebrate this milestone, Centre County PAWS is teaming up with Landserv Inc. to build an outdoor patio in the backyard of PAWS. Laser-engraved bricks will be placed throughout the outdoor patio. This is your opportunity to participate in this exciting addition to Centre County PAWS!
We envision dogs sitting with volunteers to watch the sun set and holding many future outdoor events. This brick memorial campaign is a great opportunity to raise funds for PAWS and also to provide you with an opportunity to create a lasting tribute to your family, friends, or fur babies.
Your brick(s) may honor your family, commemorate an important occasion, or memorialize a loved one - family, friend or pet. An exact replica of your brick in miniature is also available for purchase. These mini bricks are the perfect way to share your personalized message with others or to give as a gift.
